Nursing Faculty

West Shore Community College seeks an individual who is passionate about teaching in a successful rural nursing program with a desire to build strong relationships with students and colleagues.
This full-time Nursing Faculty position (with potential for continuing appointment and full professor rank) will begin August 2026. This is a 9-month position with summers off.
The successful candidate will be a collaborative, student-centered individual who can teach a variety of nursing courses and possesses a Master's in nursing from an accredited college, or Bachelor's in Nursing with evidence that an active plan is in place to complete an MSN within a negotiated time frame.
WSCC is located in a beautiful four-season recreational area near the shore of Lake Michigan and serves a multi-county district.
