Delaware Transit Corporation (DTC) has an immediate job opening for a Human Resource Technician in Wilmington, Delaware location. The Human Resources Technician provides entry level human resources support services as a member of the Employment Services team. The incumbent will work in a fast-paced environment to provide support to the recruiting process.  The responsibilities include representing the organization at community events, posting job vacancies, monitoring open posting activity, processing applications through People Soft, sending applicant notices, scheduling, and administering pre-employment testing and coordinating interviews.  Candidates must demonstrate the ability to exercise autonomy while balancing multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook preferred. Experience with People Soft HR modules is a plus.
