Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Attorney to join our general practice. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across diverse legal fields while receiving direct mentorship from partners who are recognized leaders in their areas of expertise.

Primary Practice Areas

Our firm is recognized for its versatility. You will join our legal team in numerous areas including:

* Municipal and Environmental Law: Representing local Towns, Villages, and Boards in conducting governmental functions, code enforcement, municipal litigation and land use issues.

* Civil Litigation: Both commencing and defending all types of civil litigation.

* Business Services: Assisting local entrepreneurs and established companies with contracts and business formations.

* Estate Planning: Drafting wills, trusts and navigating probate.

Qualifications

* Education: J.D. from an accredited law school.

* Licensure: Admitted to practice in New York.

* Competitive Compensation: Salary range from $50,000 to $70,000, commensurate with experience, plus benefits.
